soft mattress elevator malfunction

The location proved convenient, with easy access to nearby shops and restaurants.

My room was quite small. The bed especially felt narrow. The mattress lacked support and was too soft for my liking (i tossed and turned). the elevator malfunctioned for hours. I had to walk up to the fifth floor. It wasn't ideal.

I totally loved how close this place is to everything. metro and buses were a super easy walk. staff were seriously the best. They helped with directions so quickly. the room was super clean. the bathroom felt bigger than usual for these types of hotels!

The staff spoke French and English, which I found helpful. The hotel's location was convenient near the Madeleine Metro station. The room was spacious. It was also clean.

The street was noisy at night. I recommend bringing earplugs. The room had carpet. I prefer hardwood. The bed seemed quite worn.

The hotel was close to everything I needed including metro stations and shops. The staff were very helpful and pleasant. The room was clean and in very good order.
